1. Information You Provide To Us

We collect nonpublic, personal information you provide to us when you apply for a Money Clouds® account. The types of information we may collect include your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, bank account information, social security number, username, password, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you use our Services, we collect your IP address and standard web information, such as your client type and the views and endpoints you access. As well, we may collect certain geographic information. If you open an account, we collect the following types of information from you:

A. Account Information - mobile phone number, email, Device ID, and other similar information

B. Identification Information - name, address, date of birth, SSN, or other government issued information

C. Financial Information - bank account and credit card information that you link to your Money Clouds® Account

2. Information We Obtain From or Share With Third Parties

We are committed to providing great service that is safe and secure. We may require additional information for compliance purposes, to verify your identity or address, to manage risk, or protect against possible fraud. We may obtain from or share with third parties information about you.

3. Information We Automatically Collect

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example and like many platforms, we use "cookies" and other types of information when your client accesses our Services.

We log information about your use of our Services including, but not limited to, the type of client used, operating system, connection information, access times, pages viewed, IP addresses, e-mail address, and transaction history.

Quemulus does not use persistent cookies that track your data outside of our Services and therefore will not use this information for targeted advertising.

We collect information about mobile devices you use to access our Services including, but not limited to, the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

4. Transaction Information

To process your transactions using our Services, we may need to share some of your personal information with the person or company that you are sending funds to or receiving funds from. This may include, but not limited to, your contact information and the number of transactions you have facilitated through the Services.

We will not disclose your credit card numbers or bank account numbers to anyone except as required to deliver our Services which may include third parties or by subpoena or other legal process.
