What is a Cloud?

Create a Cloud (short for Money Cloud) for each of your savings goals. We help make your goals tangible with the addition of pictures, colors, and a description of what you are saving for. These additions are an important reminder of why you're setting money aside and are a proven method to assist you in reaching your goals!

How do I deposit money to a Cloud?

When you first create a Cloud, you have the option to set up an automatic savings plan for this Cloud so you can save without even thinking about it. Click the calendar icon on the Cloud creation screen and follow the provided directions to set up your personalized savings plan.

If you want to manually set aside money, just click on the 'Add Funds' button directly below your Cloud photo and choose a funding source from the list of options provided. Type in the amount you'd like to put towards your goal and click 'Ok'. Provide your Money Clouds PIN for security purposes and you're finished!

How do I get my money out of a Cloud?

You can withdraw money from a Cloud at any time by clicking the "Withdraw" button, located just below your Cloud photo on the "Cloud Details" screen. Type in the amount you would like to withdraw and these funds will be deposited back into your linked checking account. You should see the money back in your checking account as soon as your bank completes the ACH process.

How do I edit or delete a Cloud?

If you want to change the details of one of your Clouds or would like to delete it, simply click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the Cloud Details screen for the Cloud you are wishing to edit. On the next screen you can change any details you wish (goal amount, pictures, autofunding) or scroll to the bottom to find the delete button.

How do I change my password?

To change your Password, PIN, or any other personal details, just click on your Profile icon from the dashboard. You will then be prompted to enter your current details and then allowed to change them. If you can't remember your password to log in to the app, click the "forgot password" link on the login screen and we will walk you through the steps of resetting it.

What if I want to delete my Money Clouds Account?

We're sorry to see you go. To request account deactivation, please navigate within the app to Settings within the Drawer, click the "Deactivate My Account" item which will direct you to the 'Contact Us' form, from there fill out the message textbox, and click the Submit button.
